About a fortnight ago I got a voicemail from EE, said it was Southern Electric warning me that my power would be cut for 7 hours on the 22nd. They mentioned I was on some vulnerable persons list and asked me to call back if I wanted to talk about it. I didn’t bother replying, and as you'd expect the power never actually went out.
