A chap called us earlier, insisting he needed our debit card details, claiming he could help us recover some bank charges. He was quite polite at first, but once we made it clear that we wouldn’t be sharing any information, he promptly hung up. A word of caution: we quickly reached out to our bank and cancelled the card right after the call. Stay vigilant!

We received a call from this number earlier today; it's the second time we've heard from them (the first time, the number was blocked). The caller claimed she could assist us in reclaiming bank charges. She mentioned her affiliation with UPI/UTI. During the conversation, she requested the name of our bank, along with our date of birth and address. However, we chose not to provide our sort code when she inquired about it.

Today, the 8th of December 2008 at 2:26 PM, I received a rather dubious call. The person on the line was feigning association with a company that claims it can get our bank charges reimbursed. They insisted on confirming some personal details. Let’s unearth this dodgy individual, shall we?
