I got a text and checked with O2, they said it’s definitely a scam. Don’t go near the link! Make sure you forward it to O2 so they can include it in their investigation - they think it’s part of a bunch of scam texts popping up since the whole Coronavirus situation started!

I got a text from 07918804743 saying it was O2, telling me they couldn’t process my last bill. The message asked me to update my payment details to avoid extra charges and had a weird link like "[#]o2[###].bill446[###]/?o2=2". I used to be with O2 but when I tried logging into my old account, it’s gone now. Feels like a phishing attempt to me.
