Someone with a strange accent called me saying they knew I was struggling with paying off some kind of unsecured loan. When I asked for specifics, they said my name was on some secret list and they legally couldn’t share any more details. I just started laughing at that and then they started swearing and suddenly ended the call.

This number called me asking to speak to someone called 'Bridget'. I picked up since it seemed like a mobile, but the call was really sketchy. Felt like a phishing attempt for sure.

Don't pick up that phone! They rang me claiming to have legal advice about my debts. When I told them to take my details off their list right away and warned I’d report them to the ombudsman, they got really pushy. I ended up just hanging up on them.

total scam! they rang claiming to be from the citizens advice bureau saying i owed unsecured debts. when i asked for their company name and mentioned my number’s on the TPS, they got really rude and started swearing. seriously, don’t pick up if they call!
