Got a text from this number claiming to be from Nationwide building society, saying they needed to confirm a £309.99 payment to someone called 'ZOPA'. It asked me to reply with Y if I knew the payment or N if I didn’t, so trying to get me to reply either way. From my experience, banks usually only ask you to respond if there's a problem, like if you DON'T recognise something. I've had legit messages from Nationwide before so I reckon this one’s dodgy and probably a scam.
