I ignored this call cos I was busy on my computer sorting out stuff with HMRC. Honestly, if I'd picked up, I might've fallen for it as a legit call. Glad to see folks have worked out it’s a dodgy number - maybe BT should block it and stop these scammers making a quick buck from their network.

Got a call from a woman named Annie J### claiming to be an officer from HMRC. She spoke with a really thick Indian accent and kept threatening me with serious trouble if I didn’t pay up right then over the phone. Seemed pretty dodgy to me!

Got loads of calls today, like 4 different ones, all these HMRC robocalls saying they’re gonna take legal action against me. Plus, I had 2 voicemails with the same robotic message. So annoying! Definitely blocking these numbers now!

Someone from this number keeps ringing my elderly mum, trying to get her to let them come round and give a quote for work she definitely doesn’t need. When I attempted to call the number back, it just cut off straight away.
