Got a call from a woman speaking with a foreign accent claiming to be from BT, saying something was wrong with my internet and that they’d noticed issues over the past few days. Earlier this week, I’d already had a similar call from a man who also had an accent. I mentioned that to her and then ended the call. The bloke from the first call hung up straight away when I told him it wasn’t the usual way they’d inform me and said everything was fine on my end.
