I really don't get why bt doesn't put more effort into blocking these scam calls, it's getting so annoying. They should seriously do something to help us out and keep these dodgy numbers off the line.

Some bloke who said his name was Michael rang me up, sounded like he had a thick Indian accent, and was going on about some "unpaid amount" on my contract. When I called him out on it, he just shouted some rude words at me and ended the call straight away.
