I attempted to return the call, but there was nothing but eerie silence on the other end-no ringing at all. It surely seems like one of those dodgy scam numbers out there, testing the waters to see if anyone’s still responsive.

I hail from New Zealand, and I noticed a UK area code on my phone. They left me a voicemail that was nothing but a quirky 5 seconds of catchy music… I'm utterly baffled, haha!

I picked up the call from this number, but it was eerily silent-utterly devoid of any sound. After a brief moment of confusion, I decided to terminate the call and promptly searched for the number online.

I've received a few calls from this number, but they never bother to leave any voicemail. When I tried to return the call, it simply wouldn't connect. Being in New Zealand, I'm quite certain this is some sort of scam, especially since it's a UK number.
