Got a call from some lot calling themselves Reclaims Genius, claiming they’re linked with the office of fair trading and can get me compensation from a bank that supposedly overcharged me. It all sounded dodgy, especially since they couldn’t even say which bank I use. Definitely feels like a scam to me.

I got a call from some firm called Reclaims Genius claiming they were linked to the office of fair trading and that they were authorised to get me some money back because a bank supposedly overcharged me. It felt like a total rip-off since they couldn’t even tell me which bank they were talking about. Definitely a dodgy call.
