Earlier today at about 08:22, my home phone picked up a voicemail from this mobile number. The recording claimed that my card had been charged £1,049 on an Amazon order. It then asked me to press 1 if I’d made the purchase, or press 2 to talk to someone about cancelling it. I didn’t respond to either option, but I double-checked all my bank accounts. Thankfully, there were no unauthorised transactions or issues with any of my cards. This definitely seems like a pretty dodgy scam to me, so I've blocked that number straight away.
