Some bloke called saying he was from Haringey council, mentioned something about clearing a footpath, but I had no clue what he was rambling on about. I’m sure I never gave them my landline, so where on earth did he get my number from? Felt really fishy to me.

I got a postcard about my car warranty with a phone number to ring. At first, I thought it was all above board and even gave them my VIN. But then they asked for the last 13 digits of my credit card, which seemed a bit dodgy to me. Definitely looks like a warranty scam.

I got a call from this number today and they were asking for someone I've never heard of. When I told them they must have the wrong person, they just hung up on me. Really strange behaviour. Has anyone else had a call from this number?
