They claimed to be calling from Amazon, but it seemed odd since the number was a mobile one. When I asked why they were using a mobile number, the person insisted it wasn’t one. I then questioned why I hadn’t received an email about any problem with my account, and they said they’d already sent one. I told them I’d rather get messages directly via my Amazon account if there’s a problem and ended the call. Felt like a total scam to me.
