Got a call on my home phone from someone claiming to be my bank, though they never actually said which one. They said there were two payments, like £199 and £899, and I had to press 1 to confirm them or 2 to cancel and chat to an operator. I just ended the call straight away and had a look at my bank and card statements - no sign of any such charges. Then I called the number back on a different handset and asked who was calling, but they just cut me off. Pretty sure it’s a dodgy scam number.
