I got a robo call saying there was some dodgy activity on my debit card, like a £14 charge to Netflix and a huge £700 for buying bitcoin. The message gave me three choices, and pressing 3 would connect me to an operator. I pressed 3 and a bloke with a strong accent, maybe Indian or Pakistani, picked up and said, "How can I assist you today, sir?" I told him, "You called me, so you should explain." Then, without warning, the call just dropped. I've blocked the number now because I’m pretty certain it was a scam.
