Total scam. They said they were from a firm offering advice about damp issues in council or housing association properties. Problem is, my place isn’t either of those. I’ve seen loads of complaints about them too, and each one involves some kind of dodgy scam.

Got a call claiming I was attempting to pay £780, which I never did. They said I needed to talk to their fraud department. Just ended the call straight away, definitely a scam!
