I got a call from some robotic sounding person who said his name was Shazad. He started asking me about an accident I supposedly had a couple years back and then something about a handbag. When they pause like that, it’s so they can catch you saying "yes" or whatever, trying to get you to agree so they can record it. Then, they might use that recording to call your bank pretending to be you, since the bank listens for a yes and matching voice. My advice: Don’t ever say who you are, don’t confirm anything, and avoid answering questions straight up.
