Cheers for the heads-up! It's much appreciated. Just received a call from someone named 'Michael' claiming my son is in debt and that my property is in jeopardy! The thing is, our son has been living away for ages now and is currently working overseas. This so-called attorney, who mentioned the surname Turnbull, wasn’t exactly keen on dishing out information. He stumbled quite a bit when I probed him for more details. Quite the dodgy situation, if you ask me!

I recently received a call from this number, and it aligns perfectly with what you’ve shared-it's HFO, a company that acquires debts and aggressively follows up on them. They can be quite persistent, to say the least. They're after us regarding an old Barclaycard account, which was filled with unjust fees and PPI. Thankfully, we've got a third-party representative managing this situation, and HFO seems unable to provide the necessary documentation. What's particularly frustrating is that they reach out to clients directly, which clearly violates OFT guidelines, especially when they're aware a third party is involved.

We've received a fair few calls and messages from the number listed below. Strangely, there’s no mention of the company name, and the individual who calls himself 'Michael' keeps pestering us. Has anyone else experienced similar calls? Michael has been requesting our employer's details so they can get in touch with us at our workplace. Quite fishy, if you ask me!
