Got a dodgy text saying it's from Parking Penalty Charge Notice(PCN) about some last chance discount. It claimed I'd got a parking fine from 22/9/2024 which will be 14 days old soon. Said if I didn’t pay today I’d lose a 50% discount. The problem is, I don’t even have a car or drive at all! Definitely looks like a scam.
