I saw my phone pop up a warning about this number being a scam, so I just ignored the call.

I picked up my phone when it rang but the other side just stayed silent. We were on the line for like 10 seconds or so, no one said a single word the whole time. Really weird.

At first, this guy seemed alright but I could barely catch more than a couple of words he was saying. When I asked him to repeat himself, he got all snotty. Since I wasn't getting it anyway, I passed the phone to my mate who started chatting away in fast Italian, which seemed to annoy the caller because after a few seconds he just hung up. Then, less than ten minutes later, the same number, 07984557274, called me twice in quick succession but I didn’t pick up. Honestly, these networks really need to step up and put an end to these scammers pestering us who actually pay for the service.
