Got a text supposed to be from Rotherham Council about some event for new tenants in 2026. Normally, Rotherham Council contacts me through email or phone, and their calls show up properly on my caller ID. This text came from a random EE number, which doesn’t seem right at all. Feels like it might be a scam or something dodgy.
