Got a call from some automated woman saying £120 had been taken from my bank for train travel from Edinburgh to London. She told me to press 1 to approve the payment or 2 to cancel and talk to the City Police. They never mentioned which bank they were from, and if the money was already taken, why ask me to approve it? It made me check my bank balance immediately, but thankfully no money was missing. Definitely a classic banking scam. Watch out for these dodgy calls!
