The woman was speaking really broken English, hard to tell where she was calling from. She mentioned a company name I didn’t recognise - caught only bits of it. I told her I wasn’t interested, but she just kept going and even talked over me when I said the number is on the TPS list. Seems like she might be dialing from outside the UK. I blocked the number and reported it straight away.
