Got a call from a robotic voice saying it was HMRC, warning me about some legal trouble because they said I hadn’t received a letter. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.

So, I got a call from a man with an Asian accent claiming he worked for Amazon. Right before that, I had gotten a random verification code out of the blue, which I never requested. When he said he was from Amazon, I was a bit sceptical and said "Oh really?" and then he just hung up. I reckon he was after that code to try and pull a scam on me.

Got a call that sounded loud and busy, reckon it was from some foreign call centre. They said it was 02 calling but couldn’t tell me anything about who they were after. Just told them to jog on and blocked the number.
