This number keeps ringing my phone really early in the morning. I've asked them a few times to just leave a name and a quick message so I know who they are and can call back. But no luck, they never reply. It’s happened like five times already.

I got a missed call and I replied with a message telling them to either leave a voicemail or send a text so I could get in touch later, but they never replied. Then about five days after, they called back but I chose not to pick up.
