I got a call from some bloke named Kevin saying he was from Virgin Media, saying there was an issue with my internet speed. I asked how he planned to sort it and he just told me to check Google. Then I mentioned someone called the day before saying I needed to install some software on my phone - I asked if he was trying to get me to download some dodgy scam program. Kevin wouldn’t let me get a word in, so I told him to shut up and not talk over me, then he told me to f*** off. Naturally, I told him the same back.
