So I saw I missed a call from this number, rang it back, but got a message saying the number doesn’t accept incoming calls. Then I listened to the voicemail left - it was quite weird. A lady was talking in Chinese at first, then switched to English saying something about a ‘number deactivation service’, followed by more Chinese. I honestly have no idea what that was about. Really strange!
