First it was quiet, then this person suddenly says "helloooooo" but in this strange old lady voice, then nothing again and they just hung up! So odd!

Got a ring from 07908047624 about my electric meter or something. I told them it wasn’t under my name since it’s included with my rent. Then they asked who my landlord was. Seems like just another scam trying to get my details.
