Got a call around 3.15pm today about two payments they claimed I didn’t authorise, one was for £1000 and the other was a smaller sum. They didn’t mention which account it was from. They told me to press 1 to cancel the payments or 2 to talk to security. This is the second time today, the first call came from 0785 864 3586. Both times they just hung up on me.
