Got a call from someone acting like my kid, saying they’d dropped their phone in the loo and asking me to add them on WhatsApp. Totally felt like a scam to me.

Somebody called pretending to be my kid, saying their phone went down the loo and they couldn’t reach me on WhatsApp. They asked me to ring back on that number, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t my child at all. Definitely a scammer.
