So yesterday I got a text asking me to approve a payment of £199.17, but this time it said it was from Argos, not Tesco like the one I got before. I handed it over to action fraud, blocked the number and deleted the message, but they’ve not given up. Now they're pretending to be Santander, telling me I absolutely must enter a code to confirm the payment. Seriously, don’t open these messages, never click on anything, or approve any payments. It’s a total scam. Best thing to do is report it, block the sender and delete it straight away.
