Got a text supposedly from ‘Gumtre’ (yeah, spelled wrong) saying I need to confirm my account or it’ll get locked. Full of typos and just feels dodgy. Just ignored and blocked it!

Got a dodgy text saying my photos and files on iCloud are gonna be wiped. I had a look on Google to figure it out since I don't even use iCloud, so I was a bit puzzled. The message warned NOT to tap the link because scammers are trying to get into your phone. Best thing to do: just block the number and bin the message.
