I’ve been getting calls from different mobile numbers, all from someone who left a voicemail using my name. I don’t pick up unknown numbers now and definitely won’t be calling back. They say they’re from an internet security company and keep threatening to take £1299 from my account - different amounts have been mentioned on each call. I have no clue about buying any internet security and can’t work out how they got my details. I’m just ignoring it and hoping they stop. I’ve already reported it to Action Fraud and my bank.

I keep getting calls from someone saying they're with the Cancellations Department at Works Security Global or something like that. Never come across that company before. They keep pestering my dad, telling him he’s got some kind of internet security service he never signed up for, and that he owes £1200 or whatever. We just let it ring out and go to voicemail but honestly, it’s starting to get really irritating.
