Just a heads up, if you ever let a stranger who phones you access your computer remotely, make sure to completely wipe your hard drive by doing a full format - not just a quick one. After that, definitely inform the police and contact your bank to change all your accounts. This is especially important if they manage to BLANK or BLACKOUT your screen during the remote session, as that’s usually when they’re stealing your details and stuff.

Here we go again!! That makes six calls in just five days. Half of them came from EE, and the rest were from BT. Today, they hung up straight away before I even got a word in, probably figured out it was me and expected I'd give them a proper telling off!!
