I got a call from someone saying they were from TalkTalk about my internet cutting out. They kept asking how many lights were blinking, but I told them I don’t have any lights on my box at all. Then out of nowhere, the caller switched to saying they were with BT, asking if there was a solid blue light or if it was flashing. I told them if I had an issue, I'd ring BT myself, and honestly, I think you’re the problem here. After that, they just hung up on me.
