Got a call out of the blue, definitely one of those dodgy fishing calls. Don’t bother picking up, just save their number as blocked and carry on with your day.

Keeping things simple here. Got another call from what sounds like the exact same data gathering firm. They already have your name and where you live. Now they’re after details about your electricity or gas provider, probably planning a more clever way to nick your identity. Best to just hang up and block them, and brace yourself for the next annoying call. It’s so frustrating.

I got a busy tone first, then suddenly a lady's voice came on the line saying "goodbye" in a robotic way. Weird.
