So today I got a call from a woman with a North American accent warning me that if I didn’t hit 1 to talk to some advisor, £799 would be taken from my Amazon account in the next day. The weird part is, I don’t even have an Amazon account! Still, it sounded pretty convincing for anyone who’s not paying close attention. Definitely watch out for these kinds of calls.
