Then, another one sounded just like it but said it was from BT, about problems with my internet and phone, also telling me to press 1. Thing is, we’ve been on the TPS list for ages and haven’t had BT phone for around 15 years! Plus, no orders made with Amazon for over a month. Whatever you do, don’t press 1!
