This number rang me earlier today. A robotic voice claimed to be from ‘my bank’, but never said which one exactly. It went on to warn me that there were two suspicious transactions about to happen on my account, supposedly going to people I’ve never dealt with before. They told me to press either 1 or 2 on the keypad. I hung up straight away. Feels like a total scam to me. I guess it’s easy to get panicked and press those buttons since the message sounds so urgent and scary. Just watch out for this!
