They claimed to be calling from BT about issues with my internet connection. Then they wanted me to get on my computer so they could ask some questions and, I reckon, try to take over the system. Thing is, my broadband isn’t even with BT. When I started to question them and suggested they were pulling a scam, they got really rude. Proper disappointing behaviour.
