Got a call on my landline with a recorded voice saying there were 2 unusual charges on my card - one from Amazon and a big amount from Zoom. They told me to press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel and talk to an agent. Annoyingly, I pressed 2 and ended up speaking to an Asian man called David, who immediately asked for my personal info! I told him straight up I knew it was a scam and that I was going to block the number and report it. Proper fed up with these scammers pretending to be legit!
