Got a call from someone claiming to be with Virgin Media, saying my internet wasn’t secure. They wanted me to install some app and use Quick Support or Team Viewer to sort it out. The moment they brought up Team Viewer, I saw through it straight away. The person had a strong Asian accent. I played along for a while just to see what they’d do, then they ended the call. Definitely a dodgy scam.
