Got a text off 447904745078 saying I’ve got a tax refund and to check my info at (#JuktaxrefundhmI##4]. Seriously, does HMRC even need me to do that? They've already got all my details anyway. If it was the real HMRC, they’d just send me a cheque or adjust my tax code like they always do.

Got a random message claiming to be from HMRC, but it didn’t say anything useful. They included a website link too, but I wouldn’t trust it for a second.

Got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC, saying I could get about £381 but needed to click a link first. Seems dodgy to me - I don’t reckon HMRC would be ringing me up on my mobile like that. Definitely a scam.
