Emerald Window, what an absolute nightmare! If you happen to disconnect, it’s like they’ve programmed themselves to ring you incessantly. They even resort to calling from a withheld number at inconvenient times, like 7 in the evening, and the way they push their services on you is utterly unacceptable. It really grinds my gears. I do hope the ICO takes a closer look at these practices.

I received a call from them touting a complimentary estimate for some new windows. However, I found their probing about my relationship status-single or otherwise-quite unsettling. It gave me the heebie-jeebies, and I really wish I had just ended the call. Now I can’t help but feel anxious that they might return, having figured out that I’m home alone.

I was sitting tight for a call regarding my roofing work when I received a rather peculiar phone call. The person on the line claimed they were keen to provide me with a quote for the roof renovations. They inquired about when my wife and I would be home together, as apparently, they weren't keen on quoting if we weren't both present-seemingly to ensure they'd secure the job. After that, they unceremoniously wished me a good day and hung up! Now, I'm feeling quite anxious about the security of my home, fearing it might be at risk of a break-in.

I received a call from them, supposedly to give a quote for a new roof. I was actually expecting a call and thought this might be it. They inquired about when I'd be home and then wanted to know when my wife would be around too. After all that, they mentioned they wouldn’t provide a quote since it seemed they wouldn’t win the job, and then they just hung up on me. Now I can’t shake off the feeling that my house might be at risk of getting broken into.
