Got a text saying there was strange activity on my account, said it was from Coinbase or something. I’ve never used them or signed up, so that was suspicious. Of course, they included a sketchy link which I didn’t click on.

Got a text today saying I was due a tax refund or something.

I received a message from this number about a tax refund waiting for me and was told to visit gov-tax.org. I didn’t click the link though, seemed a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call supposedly from Royal Mail saying they had a package that was sent back to them. They told me to click a link to sort out redelivery. Thing is, I’m not waiting on any parcels from Royal Mail at all!
