Got a call saying they were from Hermes and to sort out a redelivery, I was told to click a link. I was waiting for a parcel anyway, so it sounded legit at first. But then they asked for my full name, address and even my date of birth! That seemed really dodgy to me. When did delivery companies ever need your DOB? I didn’t share it with them, just felt off.
