When I rang back, the person with a strong Scottish accent was really dodgy, wouldn’t say what their business actually did or even their name. After a bit of pushing, they admitted it was something to do with property, but then I found out the address they gave me was completely wrong.

When I tried reaching out, I discovered that the number connected to a property business, and to top it off, they had my details wrong!
