Just got a text about a parking fine, seems like one of those scam messages: It said my PCN must be paid by 15/Oct/2024 or else the fee could double or my car might get impounded. They even offered a £70 discount if I paid straight away. Had a quick look on Legalbeagles and found others getting similar texts but with different links. Someone even called their local council, and they confirmed they never send texts like that - definitely a scam.
