Got a robo call from some bloke claiming to be from VISA saying someone tried to spend £800 online. They told me to press 1 if it wasnt me. Didn’t say anything about which card or verify who I was, which felt weird for privacy reasons. Seemed fishy - if I hit ‘1’ out of worry, I reckon they would've nicked my info. Never heard a proper lender ring from a mobile without confirming identities first. Blocked the number straight away.
