We both got this Louise tape message on our phones from what we thought was our doctor’s clinic number. My missus said she got it too. I called the surgery to check and they told me it was an error and it went out to loads of patients by accident.

Weirdly, they included my full name in the message. How on earth did they find out my full name? No idea if it's some dodgy scam or info leaked from my doctor or something. I rang the Lisson Grove landline directly to check on this ethnicity update for patients, and they assured me the message was genuine. Still, I mentioned how the sheer volume of scam calls folks get these days makes them wary of any messages or calls from unfamiliar mobile numbers.
